Should Violent Video Games Be Banned?
In this blog I will be speaking on the tittle above. I played video games my entire life and although I would get hype while playing the game I would never try and go hijack a car or punch a random person in the face like on the few games I played as a kid. The first game I played as a kid was GTA 3 for the PlayStation 2 console. I thought it was so cool how you had the liberty to do anything you wanted like still cars, shoot guns, and commit crimes that you would do serious time for in the real world if you got caught. But I always understood that it was just a game it wasn't reality. I knew there was no way in a hundred years that I could punch a cop in the face and still his cop car with out getting caught. I know that everybody thinks different and not everybody can distinguish fantasy from reality. In the end I feel that as long as parents take control of what their children are playing or watching on TV, and the game products have a game rating or a parental discretion advised logo on Cd's kids can be monitored to play, watch, or listen to the games, TV, and music responsibly. So nah man to banned video games is a bogus Idea if you ask me.

ReplyDeleteLove the picture, Daniel! It's quite humorous.
ReplyDeleteYou have a nice argument here. I especially like how you use your own personal experience with video games to support your argument.
Thanks Mr. A.
